2. Services

We provide recharge and bill payment services for Mobile, Electricity, Credit Cards, etc. All transactions are processed through third-party operators/banks.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for entering the correct mobile number, customer ID, and amount.
The company will not be liable for any loss due to incorrect information provided by you.
Users must be 18+ years old and have a valid ID.

4. Payment & Refund

Payment can be made via UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, or Wallets.
For successful transactions, refunds will not be processed.
For failed transactions, the amount will be auto-refunded within 24-48 hours.

5. Fees & Commission

Platform fees/cashback may change from time to time. The final amount will be shown at checkout.

6. Data & Privacy

We will keep your data secure as per RBI guidelines and IT Rules 2011. Your data may be shared with third-party payment gateways for processing.

7. Limitation of Liability

Gupta & Daughter's will not be responsible for delays/failures due to network issues, server downtime, or operator errors. Our maximum liability is limited to the transaction amount.

8. Account Suspension

Accounts may be suspended without notice in case of fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Guhla, Haryana.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website/app.
